What type of payment methods are accepted?
Currently we are only accepting PayPal and Bitcoin. Through using PayPal, you can pay via your PayPal account or any major Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express).
Can I return items?
Yes you can. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. to learn more please read our full Refund Policy
I had a technical problem while trying to purchase an order online. What should I do?
If you are unable to make your purchase online, please try again later. If the problem persists, simply call our toll-free number 1.888.778.0367 to speak with one of our representatives.
How long will delivery take?
The delivery time varies according to the delivery destination and can take anywhere between 5-10 business days for available items. But from our experience the delivery time is usually takes between 3-5 business day after the purchase date.
Can I purchase online and pick up my order in store?
We are continuously looking at improving our online service offer to cater to our customers’ needs. However, at this moment this service is not yet available.
Can I track my order?
Yes you can. Once and order is shipped out we will send you and delivery confirmation along with a tracking number.
How do I pay with Bitcoin?
You can pay your invoice with Bitcoins. Select the “Bitcoin” tab at Checkout, and see the total amount in BTC according to the current exchange rate.
We’re using BitPay to process payments and also the exchange rates they offer.
Click the “Place Order” button to start the payment process. You’ll be taken to the BitBay website where you’ll be presented the Bitcoin payment address for this invoice. You can open your Bitcoin app with the click of a button on that page or scan the QR code with your mobile phone. Please note that you have to complete your payment within 15 minutes.
If the BitPay page expires after the expiry period, you will have to start the order process again.
